My journey began as I navigated the transformative phases of perimenopause and menopause — facing challenges like heavy bleeding, weight gain, stomach bloating, and those small yet significant moments of light incontinence triggered by a simple sneeze.
One of the most debilitating experiences, and something many women have shared with me, was the inability to travel from home to work without bleeding through underwear, pads, or tampons. The stress, the planning, the fear of embarrassment — it was exhausting, and it was happening far too often.
I also heard countless stories from women who moved from heavy bleeding into light incontinence, only to discover there were still no comfortable, dignified solutions that truly supported them. I eventually found myself experiencing the same thing. It’s a shared story — one that so many of us quietly carry.
Calm Curve was born from that reality.
